During Roma Week, young Roma from across Europe stood before the European Parliament,not to be spoken about, but to speak for ourselves.
Together with ERGO Network and MEP Hristo Petrov Ico Hazarta we presented the Roma Youth Pledge a call to action rooted in remembrance, education, and empowerment.

- “Guarantee access to inclusive, high-quality education.”
- “Celebrate and protect our identity, language, and culture.”
- “Empower Roma youth”
This is more than a pledge. It’s our collective stand against erasure, neglect, and inequality.
Thanks to MEP Hristo Petrov for supporting the initiative, to MEP Tomáš Zdechovský and MEP Nikos Papandreou for signing it and commit to support Roma youth accross Europe, and of course to our Roma young leaders for their engagement and dedication.
